Mike is a retired U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel and career intelligence officer, a former senior CIA Operations Officer, and an intelligence and HUMINT educator with more than 40 years of national-security and international experience.

He has led HUMINT operations and intelligence organizations, developed curricula and instructors, and served as a senior advisor to partner-nation defense and intelligence institutions — including institutional development and intelligence-modernization work with partner-nation defense and intelligence organizations across the Middle East and North Africa.

For clients, that experience means advisory grounded in having actually built and run the capabilities in question — operations, education, governance, and modernization — not observed them from a distance.

Teresa is MPAKT's Chief Operating Officer and the operational and business counterpart to the founder. She leads company operations, client services, and business development — the machinery that makes MPAKT a functioning professional-services firm rather than a solo practice.

Her background spans management, administration, and human resources with the U.S. Department of State, corporate and legal work, and extensive international experience. That cross-cultural fluency shapes how MPAKT engages clients and partners in complex business and government landscapes.
