  • CEO and Founder

    Mike Kirby is an experienced professional and leader; skilled at organizational management, strategic planning, project management, and integration. Throughout his extensive career, he has built and led high impact teams and organizations in mission accomplishment, change management, performance improvement, program implementation, and individual professional development.

    A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the Central Intelligence Agency, Mike successfully transitioned to the private sector and contributed to the success and transformation of key overseas partners and has worked within the United States Foreign Military Assistance Program.

    Mike’s strengths include extensive experience in transformation and training, as well as international and governmental relations, operations, human capital development, security, and cross-cultural engagement.

    Mike is a talented consultant, advisor, mentor, project manager, integrator, educator, and writer.

  • COO and co-founder

    Teresa Kirby has a wealth of experience across a broad range of organizations and business areas both domestically and overseas. Her background includes experience as a corporate paralegal, resettlement specialist including real estate sales, leasing, and marketing, as well as management, administration, and human resources with the U.S. Department of States. Teresa also has extensive experience in event management, sourcing, and resource management.

    Teresa employs strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as unique abilities and cross-cultural knowledge to successfully navigate challenging business and government landscapes. Teresa’s current focus is on business development and client services aimed toward consistent results and client satisfaction.
